1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PosturePro Rehabilitation website, patient portal, or any of our clinical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all patients, visitors, and users of our website and facilities.

2. Services

PosturePro Rehabilitation provides professional physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and related healthcare services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Physiotherapy consultations and assessments.
• Treatment sessions including manual therapy, electrotherapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation.
• Online appointment booking and management through our patient portal.
• Subscription-based care packages for ongoing treatment.
• Home exercise programs and progress tracking.

All clinical services are provided by licensed physiotherapists registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) or equivalent regulatory bodies.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

By booking an appointment through our website or patient portal, you agree to the following:

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
• PosturePro Rehabilitation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case patients will be notified promptly and offered an alternative slot.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the therapist's discretion.

4. Payments

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• All fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed under a subscription plan.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and major debit/credit cards.
• Subscription payments are billed on a recurring basis as per the selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

5. Limitation of Liability

While PosturePro Rehabilitation strives to provide the highest standard of care:

• Physiotherapy outcomes vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed. Treatment results depend on the nature and severity of the condition, patient compliance, and other medical factors.
• PosturePro Rehabilitation shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
• Our website and patient portal are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• Information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your therapist for personalized guidance.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and medical information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described therein.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through amicable negotiation before pursuing legal proceedings.

PosturePro Rehabilitation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
